MotorMouth Credits
MotorMouth Credits are used to purchase MotorMouth products and services. The products currently available are:

The user is required to purchase “pre-paid packages” of MotorMouth Credits to “fill up their credit tank”. MotorMouth Credits are available in packages of:

The User acknowledges that MotorMouth has a no refund policy on credits purchased and credits do not expire.

My SMS Favourites
Each time a user receives an SMS they have requested from MotorMouth, 1 credit will be deducted from their MotorMouth ReFuel account. The minimum amount required to purchase MotorMouth Credits is $4.95.

If a user requests a SMS from MotorMouth and has no available Subscriber Credits, no message will be returned to the user.

Users acknowledge that by using MotorMouth’s SMS on Request service (pull SMS) they will incur the cost of sending an SMS to the MotorMouth service when they request prices. This SMS will be charged at the rate billed by the users mobile phone carrier (approx. $0.22 per message) and appear on their carriers mobile phone bill. MotorMouth has no control over this charge nor does it receive payment of any sort from the mobile phone carrier(s).

No Guarantee of Delivery

Your MotorMouth Credit ReFuel Account is charged per message per intended recipient, irrespective of whether the message actually reaches your mobile phone handset. If the handset is switched off or is out of range, there is a possibility that the message will not reach the handset. MotorMouth will send the SMS at the time requested by you; however MotorMouth has no control over delays in delivery due to equipment errors or congestion on the mobile phone carrier(s) networks.

Fuel prices on this site are provided for information purposes only. MotorMouth does not warrant that the prices will remain as published on this site for any set period of time. You acknowledge that MotorMouth has no control whatsoever on the prices or the changes to prices or the frequency of those changes.

MotorMouth does not warrant the merchantability or fitness for purpose of any fuel offered for sale by any service station proprietor. Any purchase of fuel made by you is made by a separate contract with the service station owner. It is your responsibility to find out the terms and conditions on which the fuel is offered for sale.

Use of information from the MotorMouth site is at your own risk. MotorMouth is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the information.

MotorMouth believes that the information published on this site is accurate and reliable but gives no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability particularly taking into account the method used for the collection of the information. You acknowledge that because the information is collected manually, it is possible for errors to be made in the collection or transmission of the information.

MotorMouth does not warrant that access to the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected.

MotorMouth does not guarantee that any file available for downloading through this site will be free of infection or viruses, worms or any other program that may result in contamination or destruction. You are responsible to make sure that you have installed on your system all appropriate virus protection software and fire walls.

MotorMouth receives no commission or financial benefit from the publication of the fuel prices on this site from the owners of the petrol stations and is in no way interested in any transaction that may result from the publication of the prices.

The Trade Practices Act and State Fair Trading Acts in Australia may give you some rights and remedies in relation to the provision of goods or services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. MotorMouth does not exclude any or those rights but does exclude all other conditions or warranties whether express or implied by any custom, law or statute.

(a) The content of this site is provided as is and without warranties of any kind;

(b) MotorMouth expressly disclaims all warranties including those relating to merchantability or fitness for purpose;

(d) MotorMouth gives no warranty or guarantee as to the results of your access to the site;

(e) You assume the cost of any verification, maintenance or repair necessary to make use of any information from this site or which may result because of information obtained from this site.
