COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the competition conditions. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. There is one $500 fuel voucher prize to be won. The total prize value is $500.
3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other property.
4. The prize winner will be determined from a random draw of eligible entries received before 5pm on Wednesday, 1 September 2004. The prize will be drawn by the MotorMouth Marketing and Communications Manager on Thursday, 2 September 2004.
5. The competition is open to all residents from NSW, VIC, WA, SA and QLD.
6. To be eligible to enter this competition, the person must be at least 18 years of age. (Confirmation of age is required to take delivery of prize).
7. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Incomplete and incorrect entries will be deemed ineligible.
8. Entry into the competition is by completing the entry form on the motormouth.com.au website.
9. The winner will be notified by email. The winner will be notified through contact details supplied in the entry form. The winner will not be officially published in a newspaper. The prize will be sent by ordinary pre-paid post to the postal address specified by the winner.
10. MotorMouth's decision on the winners is final.
11. Employees of MotorMouth, and their immediate families, are not eligible for the prizes.
