Hello again from the team at MotorMouth,
Well this is the last MotorMouth Newsletter of the year. Hasn’t 2010 flown by!
Before we all say our Merry Christmas’s and Happy Holidays, I wanted to give you some advice for buying petrol around Christmas. For all of you who happen to live in areas where there is a price cycle, keep an eye out for the cheapest day over the coming weeks leading up to Christmas. As Christmas Day falls on a Saturday this year, it is likely that the price will jump up around Friday morning as it has tended to do over the past few months. That being the case, your safest bet would be to fill up on Wednesday but as always, keep an eye on MotorMouth and your local price boards and fill up your tank when you see a good price!
From our poll this month, we asked you what the main factor was that influenced where you purchase your fuel and the result was conclusive. 75% of people said that price was the primary reason. We are certainly encouraged by this and will continue our endeavours to make prices more readily available to all motorists.
As Movember is now over, we wanted to extend our thanks to everyone who supported the Mo-torMouth Movember team! Your donations have certainly gone to a good cause.
That’s it for this year so please do take care on the roads over the break and make some allowance for your fellow motorists who might not be paying as much attention as they should. From all of us here at MotorMouth, have a great Christmas and New Year.
Cheers,
Tim from MotorMouth
