MotorMouth Happenings

Hello from the team at MotorMouth

This month we’ve been doing a lot of thinking here at Chez MotorMouth. One of the topics that really get people’s arms waving around is when it comes to how the public use our little web site.

So this month, we’ve got a survey that we would really like you to participate in.

Basically, some of us think that people use MotorMouth to find actual prices and actual locations for their next fuel purchase, whilst others think that people use it as a guide for what they should pay.

So why is this important to us?

Well, we need to make sure that any improvements we make to the site reflect what our customers want. And we can pontificate all we like, but nothing substitutes for asking your customers direct.

We’re also planning to run a more detailed customer survey in the next three months or so – this will give us an even better understanding of what you think about fuel prices, what shade of yellow we should paint the office and a whole bunch of other things.

Anonymously of course.

So cast your vote!

Last but by no means least: with the Easter break coming up you should think a little carefully about when to fill up if you are planning to go away. As everyone under the sun will be filling up on Thursday there’s a fair bet that the price cycle might reset a little earlier than normal - which is nothing new when it comes to Easter.

If you are going away, fill up on Monday and then (if you need to) top up on Thursday before you hit the road. You’ve been warned!

Until next month, have a terrific Easter break and take care on the roads.

Cheers

Sean Rennick
