Hello and welcome to the September edition of the MotorMouth Newsletter.

We are pleased to announce that there is a new section called Historical Fuel Prices on the MotorMouth Web Site, in our News Room.

This is designed to assist both motorists and the media with an easy to read overview of average prices for ULP, Diesel and LPG for each major capital city.

You can find average prices for the past week, the previous month as well as the highest daily average in the past twelve months.

Here is a sample of the current report for ULP as at 25 September 2007.

Notes:

¹ Today's average is based on prices that are received throughout the current day. If you wish to use today's average for media purposes, please be aware that our collection of prices is generally not completed until 3pm.

² All Regions average is an average of all prices received by MotorMouth for the five major capital cities.

I trust you will find this a useful addition to the MotorMouth service.

No longer is Unleaded the "cheapest" price on their priceboard. They have added the E10 price below it. So here I was pulling in thinking I was paying 100.9 for unleaded when it was really 102.9.
